This Privacy Policy describes how Manxz, Inc. ("Homespace", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and safeguards personal information when you:
- Use the Homespace mobile or web application
- Visit homespace.co or any website that links to this Privacy Policy
- Use features such as jobs, scheduling, geolocation, estimates, customer profiles, routing, and payment processing
- Engage with us in other related ways, including support or marketing
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please discontinue use of the Services.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect information in the following categories:
A. Information You Provide to Us
This includes information you enter directly into Homespace, such as:
- Profile information: name, email, phone number, business details
- Job, customer, and invoice data: customers' names, emails, phone numbers, and addresses (your customers' customers)
- Photos: images uploaded by pros as part of job documentation
- Selected phone contacts: if you choose to import a customer from your device contacts, we only access the specific contact you select, not your entire address book
- Verification data: if required by Stripe for identity or account verification
- Support messages: information you provide when contacting support
B. Payment & Financial Information
We collect billing information, such as your business name, billing address, or payout preferences.
We do NOT store full bank account or card numbers.
All sensitive financial or banking data is processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor.

C. Information Collected Automatically
When you use Homespace, we automatically collect:
- IP address
- Device information (model, OS, device ID)
- Browser information
- Crash logs and diagnostics
- Usage activity (screens visited, features used, timestamps)
This helps us maintain security, performance, and reliability.
D. Location Data (GPS & Background Location)
Homespace collects location data for field-service job workflow features, including:
- Geofencing (detecting arrival and departure from job sites)
- Route optimization and navigation assistance
- "En-route" tracking to show when a pro is driving toward a job
- Accurate job logs (arrival time, start time, completion time)
You may disable location access in your device settings, but core features may not function.
E. Device Permissions
Homespace may request:
- Camera – to take job photos
- Photos – to attach existing images to jobs
- Location (foreground & background) – for job routing and geofencing
- Contacts – only when you choose to import a specific contact
- Notifications – for job updates, schedule changes, and account alerts
- Microphone – may be requested in the future for optional voice features (not active today)
F. Third-Party Data Sources
We use external services to enable functionality:
- Google Maps API – address lookup, navigation, routing, and geofencing
- Google Login – optional sign-in with Google
- Twilio – SMS verification and job notifications
- Stripe – payment processing
- AWS – infrastructure hosting
- Google Analytics – usage analytics
We do not buy, sell, or share personal data from third parties.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We process personal information to:
- Create and manage user accounts
- Schedule jobs and track job status
- Route and optimize pro travel
- Send invoices, estimates, receipts, and SMS notifications
- Process payments through Stripe
- Maintain accurate job logs via location data
- Provide customer support
- Improve performance, reliability, and user experience
- Prevent fraud and maintain security
- Comply with legal requirements
3. AI ROUTING FEATURES
Homespace includes AI-assisted route optimization to help pros plan efficient travel.
We do not use your data to train external AI models.
AI is strictly used to provide routing insights based on job locations.
4. WHEN WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We only share information with:
Service Providers
Such as:
- Stripe (payments)
- Twilio (SMS)
- Google Maps (geolocation services)
- AWS (infrastructure)
- Google Analytics (usage metrics)
Business Transfers
If Homespace is sold, merged, or acquired, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose data if required to comply with law enforcement, legal process, or regulatory obligations.
We do not sell personal data.
5. COOKIES & ANALYTICS
Homespace uses Google Analytics.

We do not use ad tracking, retargeting, or behavioral advertising.
6. DATA RETENTION
We retain information as long as:
- Your account is active
- Necessary to deliver services
- Required to comply with legal or tax obligations
- Required for business records (e.g., invoices)
Once retention is no longer necessary, we delete or anonymize your data.
7. CHILDREN
Homespace is not intended for individuals under 18 years old.
We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on your location (e.g., California, Colorado, Virginia), you may have:
- Right to access your data

- Right to opt out of certain tracking
